WHAT is SAMUDRA and WHERE to find it ?

SAMUDRA is a cosy villa of the luxury class, furnished with great taste and love and which can accomodate 1 to 5 persons. It is surrounded by a ca. 0.33 ha big tropical park-like garden on the outskirts of Ambalangoda, 85 km south of Colombo, in a very quiet area on the beach and only a ten minutes’ walk from the city centre.

SAMUDRA is more than a normal holiday home. A qualified cook and two servants make sure that the guests don’t go hungry and feel well all the time. Their warm-hearted personalities are most suited for people who would like to spend relaxing and truely authentic Ceylonese holidays.
The guests can make use of a private car, air-conditioned, with a driver (not included in the price). Telephone, fax and E-mail are available at the reception.

What is SAMUDRA like ?

The property lies on a small elevation about ten metres about the sea level, right near a ca. 1 kilometre-long palm-bay with a twenty-metre-wide sandy beach.From the main garden there are stairs leading down to a garden that gives access to the beach.
The swimming possibilities are excellent, the sun settings unrivalled.
The property that measures 3300 square metres is surrounded by a protective wall. The usable house surface is 684 square metres.
